What is included in a monthly marketing retainer?

Depending on your package, your retainer includes monthly strategy and insights, content creation (blog, social media, email newsletter), Google Business Profile optimisation, and an analytics dashboard. Our Grow package also includes paid ads management and SEO. Every retainer starts with a Digital Roadmap to make sure the work is built on a clear foundation.

Do I need the Digital Roadmap before signing up?

Yes. We start every marketing engagement with a Digital Roadmap. It's not a box-ticking exercise. It's how we make sure every piece of content, every campaign, and every dollar spent is working toward the right goal. When the foundation is clear, everything that follows is faster and more effective.

How long before I see results from content marketing?

Content marketing is a long-term investment. Most clients see meaningful improvements in enquiry quality and website engagement within three to six months. Paid ads (included in the Grow package) can produce results much faster. We set clear expectations at the start and track everything through your monthly analytics dashboard.

Can I pause or cancel my retainer?

We work on a monthly rolling basis with 30 days notice to pause or cancel. We do not lock you into long contracts. Our goal is to deliver results that make you want to stay, not terms that force you to.
