AI Policy

Our approach: Human led. AI amplified.

Mino Design & Digital uses AI tools in our work. We use them to do the work faster and to a higher standard, never to replace the strategy, design and judgement you engage us for. This policy explains what we use AI for, what we don't, how we handle your information, and the choices you have.

What we never hand to AI

Strategy, branding and design, including logo design, are done by a person at Mino. These are the decisions that determine whether your brand and website perform, and they are the reason you work with us. AI does not make them.

What we use AI for

• Reporting: compiling monthly performance reports so you can see what's working.
• Research: competitor analysis, SEO and AI search research, and market and keyword analysis.
• Copywriting: refreshing the copy you supply and optimising it for Google and AI search. Copy is only produced with your approval, and every page is sent to you for sign-off before it is published.
• Coding: building and managing websites and interactive tools. We design the site, set its structure and check the finished result. We do not use AI website builders that generate a site from a prompt. Every website we deliver is custom designed.
• Images and video: preparing photos for the web, and generating b-roll and animation for social content and reels.

Human review

Everything we deliver is reviewed by a person at Mino before it reaches you. AI output is a starting point that we check, refine and take responsibility for.

Your information

Information you share with us is used only to deliver your project. Our main AI tooling runs on a business plan that does not train on customer data, and we choose tools and settings that keep your information out of model training wherever the tool allows. Client work is only done in our business AI accounts, never in free or personal ones.

Transparency

Where AI has helped produce copy, images or video for your project, we will tell you. Nothing AI-assisted is published without your approval.

Ownership

You own the finished work in the same way as set out in your agreement with us. Using AI in the process does not change what you own.

Your choice

If you would prefer that AI not be used on any part of your project, tell us before we begin. We will agree an approach with you, along with any effect on price or timeline.
